Please be informed that effective from SQL Version 898 onwards, SQL will implement the Version Upgrade Control for all end users.
By default, any License ID without a valid Support Contract Expiry Date will be recognized as expired and will be restricted from upgrading to Version 898 and future releases.
To ensure our eligible customers can continue upgrading to the latest SQL versions seamlessly, our team will assist in updating your Support Contract Expiry Date in accordance with the official guidelines.❤️❤️
Note:
Please kindly note that the Public Cloud subscription fee of RM50/month/user is strictly for the cloud hosting service only. It does not include software version upgrades or phone call support.
If you wish to include software version upgrades and technical support, you may opt for one of the following packages:
Account Module License Only: RM79 / month
Account + Stock Module License: RM109 / month
Additional User: RM60 / month
Please note that the pricing above is identical to the Forever Rent Non-License Cloud Package.
Alternatively, services may be billed based on the recommended SQL Annual Maintenance & Support Service pricing. With an active support contract in place, you can continue enjoying the Public Cloud subscription at RM50 / month / user, which fully includes ongoing software version upgrades and technical support services.
If you do not require phone call support and only wish to continue receiving software version upgrades, the following options are available for your consideration:
Account Module License Only: RM350 / year / License ID
Account + Stock Module License: RM400 / year / License ID
Please kindly note that once SQL Version 898 is released, all cloud company databases will be automatically upgraded to the latest version. For customers without an active support contract, the SQL Account version control restrictions will be triggered, which may prevent access to the system after the upgrade.
If you choose not to subscribe to the support service, we can assist in manually downgrading your cloud company database back to Version 897 via the Cloud Dashboard upon request.❤️❤️❤️❤️
