  • Justin Wong is the managing partner of WSE CO (Chartered Accountants) established since 2014. He completed his tertiary education and obtained his Accountancy degree from University Utara Malaysia (UUM) in 2010. He started his career with UHY Penang and subsequently to BDO and furthered his career with KPMG Malaysia for five years before setting his own practice.
  • Mr Justin has more than 10 years of experience in auditing, accounting, taxation and corporate finance. He is a seasoned trainer in the field of E-Invoice where he give talk to companies who embark in the implementation phase of E-Invoice.
  • His Passion for sharing knowledge and best practices extends to his active presence on seminars, conference related in the field of taxation and he offers valuable insights and practical guidance in the field of taxation, enriching his audience with valuable information to benefit their business.

Ms. AERIS CHOW

  • Aeris Chow is a seasoned professional in the field of International Trade Business, boasting comprehensive international experience and professional qualifications. With close to 20 years of expertise in both local and multinational companies, she has honed her skills in various areas, including shipment management, customer management, sales and marketing, new market research, market entry strategies and etc. Furthermore, she also embarked in E-Invoicing which is correlated to International Trade businesses.
  • Aeris Chow holds the esteemed Certified Export Professional (CEP) designation from the European International University, demonstrating her commitment to excellence in the industry. She is a dedicated lifelong learner and has achieved academic success, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Distinction from Inti International University.
  • In addition to her business acumen, Aeris Chow is a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and was a member of Toastmasters International. She had made remarkable strides in the Toastmasters International Leadership Program, earning both the Competent Leader (CL) and Competent Communicator (CC) designations. In 2016, she served as the Vice President of Education (VPE) for the Puchong English Toastmasters Club, showcasing her commitment to personal growth and effective communication.

Mr. CALVYN LEE

  • Calvyn Lee started his journey on Information Technology as an IT Technician since 2004.
  • After graduation from University Tunku Abdul Rahman in 2006, he entered the hospitality field as IT Officer.
  • In 2008, he started as an IT Engineer with an IT Infrastructure company.
  • From 2009 to 2012 Calvyn joined an American multinational telecommunications company in Penang as Infrastructure Engineer and moved into a global broad-based IT distribution, a Fortune 500 company that focuses on enterprise computing.
  • In 2018, Calvyn was appointed as a certified Digital Marketing Trainer by MDEC (Malaysia Digital Economy Corporate), a government-owned agency who pioneer the transformation of Malaysia’s digital economy.
  • Calvyn was tasked to conduct courses under eUsahawan program, an initiative to educate Malaysians on digital entrepreneurship and share ways to generate additional income through digital platforms.
  • Recently, he completed the Train the Trainer (TTT) certification programme by PSMB (Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad), a Ministry of Human Resource in Malaysia, and is a certified HRDF corporate trainer.

Mr. LIM GUAN HONG

CEO & Founder of Advisirs Group Chartered Accountant, Licensed Tax Agent, Company Secretary C.A. (M), FCCA (UK), MSc (UoL), ACTIM

  • Hong Lim is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK), a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM). He also holds a Master in Science (MSc) from University of London (University College London), ranking within the top 10 in the world. He has made remarkable achievement in his studies by being an ACCA affiliate at the age of 23. He is also one of the youngest tax agent in the northern region, awarded the license approved by MOF at the age of 29. Currently he is studying and researching PhD (Majoring in AI in accounting) in UUM.
  • He has extensive working experience in taxation whilst being employed in the tax department of two of the Big Four Accounting Firms, namely PwC and Deloitte. Before founding Advisirs Group, he was a Tax Manager in a reputable medium size public accounting firm in the Northern region, one of the member firm of International Network.
  • He specialises in tax engagements concerning tax matters, tax appeal, tax planning & advisory, tax audit & investigation. He conducts in-house training as well as guest speaker for conferences. He was a part-time lecturer for ACCA (Advanced Taxation Paper) and Malaysian Taxation Degree paper with Peninsula College Malaysia (A university of Plymouth, UK international partner). Currently, he is the founder and CEO of advisirs group, a digital accounting firm with a total of 60 service centres in whole Malaysia, including Kuching, Sarawak. He digitalise the accounting practice and founded a new business model for digital accounting firm, hence emerged as top 25 in the startup competition organized by Dreamfactory under Mystartr in 2022. He represented the group to participate in The World Startup Championship 2023 and The Sandbox Contest by Astro and won the title of Top finalist 15 and Top finalist 50 respectively in 2023. He was featured in The Star newspaper about his effort in digitalisation the practice which is align with ESG and creativity. Prominent media such as Bernama.com covered about his digitalisation journey in launching a digital platform recently. The company was listed in Digital Penang website’s directory too. In 2022, he successfully raised RM500,000 in a month via equity crowdfunding platform (Mystartr) and built a digital accounting firm from scratch to RM5 million worth of valuation in just less than a year. Recently, he is appointed as the Associate Partner of Aspiration Capital PLT (A licensed PE fund).
